Cpl James M. Robinson

James Marshall Robinson was born Monday, July 24, 1922, in Roberta to Samuel Byrd Robinson and Nancy Alice Vaughn.

He worked as a farmer/rancher most of his life and a member of the V.F.W., Bokchito Chapter.

He served on the school board for several years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bokchito, where he had served as a deacon.

He proudly served in the Army Air Force from 1942-1945 with the 61st Bombardment Squadron.

He enjoyed playing dominoes, drinking coffee and visiting with his family and friends.

He married Beulah Mae Mock July 31, 1948, in Denison, Texas. He has one daughter, Linda and 2 sons, James and Gary; 7 grand children 6 great- grand children and 6 great-great-grand children.


James Marshall Robinson died 26 January 2005, in Durant, Oklahoma; Services were held 29 January 2005; Burial was at Highland Cemetery
