Ivan Weaver was one of the "lucky ones." We go to the air shows to see Fifi but Ivan flew as a member of her crew for about four years. It was poor health that made him stop. He said it was wonderful to be a part of it all. Experiences of meeting the thousands who came to see Fifi and the renewal of old acquaintances from Guam was really great. He used to keep in contact with several members of his old crew but also had lost contact with some of them.
